    Bio
     
    Kirsten Dean, originally from Charleston West Virginia, has been a part of the O'Neal community since April 2022. She is a graduate of Guilford College with a BS in Art with a concentration in printmaking.
    Prior to coming to O'Neal, she served for 11 years as executive director of Scotland Memorial Foundation, fundraising arm of Scotland Health Care System in Laurinburg, NC.  Since 1998, she has been co-owner of Art by Design, custom picture framing gallery, located in downtown Laurinburg. Outside of school she enjoys community volunteer activities, cooking with friends and family (especially when her son is home from college) and spending time on the coast.

    Bio
     
    Ms. Fecteau joined the O’Neal School in 2022 as the Director of Educational Technology and Library Services. She graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Elementary Education and continued her education at The College of Saint Rose (receiving a degree in Educational Technology) and The State University of New York – Albany (receiving a MS in Library and Information Services). Most recently, Ms. Fecteau has continued her education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, receiving A Certificate in School Management and Leadership, as well as an Instructional Coaching Certificate. An avid runner, Ms. Fecteau has completed multiple marathons around the U.S. and Internationally and shares her love of running with the O’Neal Cross Country runners. It is rare to find Ms. Fecteau without a book in her hands and she strives to instill a love of reading within the entire O’Neal community.  When not running or reading, you can find her relaxing on a beach or enjoying a delicious slice of pizza (her all-time favorite food!).

    Mrs. Orentlikher graduated from Purchase College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later attended the University at Buffalo where she earned her Master’s of Education degree. She has lived in New York her entire life before moving to Pinehurst in 2018. She has worked for Collegiate Admissions departments before joining O’Neal in 2022.

    Bio
     
    Mrs. Sager has been an educator for over 20 years. Having lived in 5 states and 2 countries over her career she comes with a variety of experiences and expertise in the field of Individualized Education. She has extensive Literacy and Math remediation training targeted to middle and secondary learners. She utilizes a wide variety of research based instructional strategies to support learners in the AEC program. Her focus on enabling students to work with their unique skills enables them to grow and maximize their academic success. Outside of school she spends time with her family, which includes her husband 3 kids and 2 labs, camping traveling and golfing (or at least trying).

    Bio
     
    Mrs. Taylor started working at O'Neal in 2006. She graduated from Meredith College with a BS degree in business administration (marketing) and a second major in French, including a semester study abroad in Angers, France. She has travelled across the nation, Europe and Japan working as speakers bureau coordinator for IBM’s networking hardware and software divisions before taking the position of marketing specialist at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. She owned and operated a marketing communications business before coming to O’Neal. Mrs. Taylor lives in Sanford and is married with three sons, all O’Neal Falcons - Joseph ’14, Will '17, and Sam '28. Mrs. Taylor enjoys spending time at the North Carolina Coast and keeping score for her son's travel baseball team.
