Head of School Achievement Awards

The O’Neal School recognized upper school students for their high academic scores at an assembly before their peers recently.  The Head of School Achievement Award is presented to the O’Neal student in each class who compiled the highest academic average for the past school year.
Interim Head of School Brenda Jackson recognized the following students with this award. Commended for eighth-grade achievement was freshman Vivienne Rhue. Ninth-grade achievement was awarded to sophomore Kangqi “Newnew” Hong. Tenth-grade achievement was awarded to junior Nik Epstein. Nik is presently attending The North Carolina School of the Arts. O’Neal junior Ethan Kim also received the Head of School Achievement Award for his sophomore year.  Eleventh-grade achievement was awarded to senior Charlotte Mills.
